The company analyzed public data from sources such as LinkedIn profiles and company sites to produce the report. The gender gap at the highest levels of tech leadership has only marginally improved over the past three years. Representation among women CIOs is up just 2.8% since 2018.
The protocol coverage is a good long read for the weekend. As I’ve covered on this show, there are some significant issues still to overcome in the areas of diversity and inclusion in tech. I maintain this is a competitive advantage to be leveraged in doing this well, and continue to point to resources that are helpful.
