The Simple Thing MSPs are missing in marketing

I’ve been thinking a lot about marketing again. I didn’t really want to – but a Patreon asked, and look, that’s the best way to get my attention. Ask a question and I can’t stop thinking about it.

Here’s the basic premise. If IT services has been talking about “sucking” at sales and marketing for 15… 20… years now, how come no one has fixed this?
