Insight from Challenger, Gray and Christmas, a business and executive coaching firm which issued a report on company bonuses. More businesses plan to reward their employees with bonuses this year than last, in recognition and reward of teams during the pandemic and keeping business going forward.
The majority of respondents reported the pandemic has negatively impacted business, and 17% say it has not – with the rest reporting mixed results.
Just 19% of employers reported they would not offer a bonus.
